Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, select your options, and click “Add to Cart” then proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@viranluxe.com. After processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location, but typically orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after processing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear. If there are delays, please contact our support team.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging and tags.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I get a refund for shipping fees?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
